Bio

I am a product of the Mobile County Public Schools System. I attended Saraland Elementary, Adams Middle School and Satsuma High School. Go Gators!!! I attended the University of West Alabama as a undergrad and graduate student. I also attended graduate school at the University of South Alabama. I hold the following Bachelors and Masters degrees and certifications in the following areas: -History -English Language Arts (ELA) -Theatre. I am a married cat mom. I have been teaching for 18 years.

Black Box Players attend the Alabama Jr. Thespian Festival

Mrs. Thompson took her advanced theatre group, the Black Box Players (troupe 89113) to compete at the Alabama Junior Thespian Festival in Vestavia Hills. The following students were awarded a Superior rating. Solo Monologue- William Wolfenden Monologue- Saioa Cia Mckean Duologue- Anslee Schubert and Morgan Carroll Duologue- Lacey Williams and Taylor Withers Group Acting- Caylee Campbell, Chloe Colvin and Madison Dixon
