On Friday, October 15, 2021 mid-morning, flu vaccines will be given to all kids not on PEEHIP insurance. Please download Hero Flu Vaccine consent form, fill it out and return to school by Tuesday, October 12, 2021. Forms will also be given to homeroom teachers for student s to take home.
Employees and their dependents on PEEHIP insurance will get vaccinated on October 12, 2021 from 9am to 11am.
